Its not that Kelly Jensen doesnt believe COVID-19 is real he does.

In fact, the 47-year-old thinks he contracted the virus in October and recovered after experiencing mild symptoms.

But Jensen just doesnt believe masks work to stop the viruss spread. He also says that mask mandates infringe on personal freedoms.

Thats why Jensen decided to form No Mask Omaha and No Mask Lincoln, groups that were started in August and have grown to a combined 11,000 members.

Jensen owns a business that provides GPS tracking services to businesses so they can monitor employees who drive company vehicles.

This guy has some real cognitive dissonance throughout the article, but the punchline of his job description is very funny and the main reason why I'm posting this.

I'm the article the comparison is made to seat belt laws, and his response will sound funny to a lot of people.

It is an infringement on a person's rights to make not wearing a mask, a crime.
Not to mention, many people have other medical issues or conditions that make it unsafe for them to wear masks. In addition, there is scientific research that shows masks to be effective and ineffective.

So its not a 100% cut and dry case when it comes to mask wearing, the type of mask, and the locations where wearing them is most effective.

There is a lot of inconclusive research on masks, what ones are effective, and what types of settings they're most effective in. Its still being researched if wearing a cloth mask in public is safer than wearing no mask at all.

The same isn't true for N95 masks, which are reserved for medical professionals.

I differentiate between a Trump supporter and Trump voter.

So what you're saying is that you're NOT some sort of anti-mask crank, but believe that people need to make sure that they're wearing a mask that we are certain is effective? And the reason for the doubt on some of the masks is the study that showed that cloth masks are worse than no mask at all, as opposed to the efficacy of medical masks?
