Hexenherz 11/17/20 7:57:16 PM #3:	I mean I can't say I "failed"; it was probably moreso a grade on how the employer was doing more than anything else. I don't know what they're going to do with it. Probably nothing. It was a pretty shoddily designed survey, too. The options were... "Strongly Agree - Somewhat Agree - Neutral - Strongly Disagree - Somewhat Disagree" (i.e., instead of a smooth gradient spectrum like every other survey or poll I've ever seen... they did this weird "put the Stronglys first" thing and it tripped me up. I didn't know if I was actually voting for "strongly" or "somewhat" at that point). And then to complicate THAT they sometimes put the options across two columns... like why. I was going to email the people who created it just to seek clarification but my experience has always been that you just need to shut up and color.
