I don't know where this game came from but it was in my library and it seemed like it would be short (it was). The whole tone of the game was weird. Looked like really early PS3. Setting felt like 1990s sci-fi (anti-corporation, the character design, etc.). Story was... weird - a big company made a new type of power from an extraterrestrial source and you're sent in as some anti-corporation organization to go ... investigate or shut it down or something idk.

Chose "AMP", a character with a drug addiction and psychotic delusions ... just who you want to send on your top secret mission to defeat an eveil corporation. Don't think it matters who you play as.

Game was weird, map design reminded me vaguely of Winback, the shooting felt like something out of Syphon Filter... played on Normal, enemies were spongy af and there were a few areas you just had to forge through without the enemies stopping but it wasn't really clear lol.
