Like, yeah, it sucks and needs to be resolved, but I just am not sure a temporary win that is potentially easily reversed in 4 years is a good idea. When the field was to their advantage again they packed the court with a 9th jurist. As much as I hate the political hardball, Republicans have shown they are willing to do anything to hold on to their last remnants of control and power.
