| realnifty1 10/22/20 3:11:09 PM #20: | The Republicans already engaged in court packing. By refusing to hold hearings for Merrick Garland they effectively set the court to 8 jurists. When the field was to their advantage again they packed the court with a 9th jurist. As much as I hate the political hardball, Republicans have shown they are willing to do anything to hold on to their last remnants of control and power.
