Boomhauer wouldn't vote. Bill would be perpetually undecided. I picture him getting into the booth before he breaks down and flees without voting. Peggy is 50/50, but she'd be insufferable about whichever candidate she chose. Time and time and time again he's been shown to grown in accepting others. And he's not some anti-Dem/pro-Repub. Yeah he's Republican but he's shown support to Democrats. I mean the dog he loved more than his son was named after LBJ's wife for goodness sakes. Even if he support Trump at the start, he never ever ever would support him after what he said about McCain. If this were an episode, it would be him being disillusioned with both parties and then being pulled in opposite directions by Green* and Libertarian candidates eventually ending the episode up to interpretation of who he voted for. He'd probably vote Libertarian but he did have that episodic centered around organic meat and sided with the hippies.
