I bet Russia made some during the cold war It's odd, people are always critical of movies where a somewhat cartoonish representation of a foreign country is the main bad guy, but I just saw Ip Man 4, where they totally did that with an American and I found it funny charming. Any Native American movie with them being portrayed as the hero/protagonist during Manifest Destiny.

idk if you all remember, but when the Red Dawn remake came out, there was a lot of anti-Asian racism online I don't remember that specifically, but I do remember people making fun of it because the story was originally about the Chinese invading but the studios cowered in fear & changed it to North Korea in post production, which backfired as the movie bombed & still wasn't allowed to release in China.
