That much square footage for that location is a big flag, you should see if they will allow a professional to tour it first. It looks cool, but in my experience if the price is too good to be true, there's a reason. Really depends on damages you can't see in pics, or if you totally want to re-do the kitchen and bathrooms. If you did work yourself finishing the flooring would be the biggest issue. Most of the big stuff has been done.
