I mean, I've had orders wrong at other places, but it's very rare. I don't like eggs, and I don't like peas and carrots in my rice, so I order it with just the fried rice, and they still charge me full price:( $10 just to get the rice fried with some sauce, I usually get the pork friend cause it's the same cost so at least there is some pork in there. It's just fried instead of what I ordered... What's funny is on the menu, everything comes with steamed rice. So, they should only give you fried if you ask. And mainly only went to this one in the Town Center. But my friends and I went there so much, the ladies that ran it knew our orders by heart. I think they remember everybody who had ever been there, though, tbh... They would even ask us where certain friends were if we weren't all there. Haha. But most places here, if not all, seem to have a hard time getting steamed rice instead of fried... Maybe it's shocking for them that people want steamed instead of fried. It just seems weird since it's suppose to come with steamed. So fried should only happen if I asked for fried. Not to mention, I even specifically ask for steamed... Tbh, I think it's due to not listening, and assuming everyone wants fried. Because they're very different hings. I don't think they are confused about which is which.
