At this point there's no reason not you. It's practically free, MS has significantly downscaled telemetry, and the LTSC edition is bloat-free and has zero telemetry.

Yes, went from Windows 8 to 8.1, to 10, 10 was early then and VERY buggy, went back to 8.1 for 2 or so years, then switched to see how to 10 was and staying with that.

Protip: Microshit Windows 1909 no longer has a bypass option of MS account signin after installation, at least on Home. And if using the thumb-disk method of installing it that's the only choice available. However, if you unplug the network connection at that part and click create an account, it will error out and bypass.
