There are other types of ASMR besides the roleplay stuff. Honestly just watch a Bob Ross video before you go to bed. If his voice and the paint sounds make you feel calm and relaxed, then dive down the wormhole of unintentional ASMR.

There very talented editors/camera people who will shoot people cooking, getting haircuts, restoring old things, making art, etc, etc.... It's more similar to white noise (falling asleep to rain or the wind or things of that ilk).

Some people can't get "tingles". Some also have specific things that "trigger" it. Stuff like eating and scratching does NOTHING for me, but piss me off. The only thing that works for me is a whisper in my right ear. Does nothing in my left, just my right. So you would have to watch/do a bunch of stuff to see what works for you.
