The last few years felt like a blur. I remember starting physical therapy and the trainer recommended Master of None. That was November 2015.

I don't know. It feels like its been forever but my concept of time is skewed. Movies that felt like they came out a few years ago were out in 2009 or 2011 and 2015 feels like it was such a long time ago. I'm looking at forums where messages felt like I wrote yesterday but were in March and certain events that happened in July but felt like they were only a couple of months ago.

Everything feels...blah.

The american prison system is a sorry mess but giving them game consoles isn't going to solve anything.

Oh yes, posting on here gives that feeling. Topics you thought were recent were actually years ago.

As you get older, your perception of time changes.

Remember when you were 5 years old and 5 minutes felt like forever?

Now as an adult, five minutes feels like a blink.

Its funny but when I was a kid, time moved too slow for me. I remember wanting to go to field trips and staying up all night from too much energy and the night just went by. Now, I want time to slow down, to enjoy my life. I'm already trying to live as an eternal single man without care...I want to at least enjoy that before I reach my death bed and regret all that.

2010 feels like FOREVER ago, but 2019 went by really fast for some reason.

I mean I turned 16 in 2009 so comparing being in high school to finishing up grad school in 2020 seems insane.

Yeah I guess the early 2010s went by slower, but the past few years sped up.

I remember when I used to go to this bar/restaurant, the bartender was a model I knew and she would text me to come by. That was far back in 2013 and even the bar closed down too.

It was probably the most eventful decade of my life for good and bad, they really dragged and the times when I was depressed and ill alone felt like prolonged torture. 2019 felt quick probably because I was so happy but every year before that was very slow feeling. In the last 10 years I've been engaged 3 times, become a parent, been hospitalised for mental illness, been beaten and raped by a partner, nearly died several times and been constantly ill physically and mentally.
