I bought two of them. My dad accidentally broke the first one and I dropped the second one which messed up the disc tray and made it scratch up games. The psp had my favorite game of all time, Lunar: silver star harmony and other cool stuff like phantasy star portable 1 & 2, The Sims 2, Naruto Ultimate ninja heroes 2 and Split Second. I loved it

It was awesome how it could play movies too.

I had MGS: Peace Walker, shit was amazing. And Crisis Core was pretty good, although I never beat it.

I still have mine. I got it to play Daxter, which ended up being a decent game, and got maybe a half dozen more games for it. My favorite game for it was probably Castlevania: Dracula X Chronicles which includes the entirety of Symphony of the Night as an unlockable.

My favorite memory is every time I have to reset the clock because the battery died (about a week after being fully charged).

I remember rooting it with the GTA game to install a custom firmware. Never bought a game after that.

I also remember the memory stick being super expensive.

They were stupidly expensive and proprietary. I let my roommate in college borrow my PSP to play one of the MGS games. It required more space than was on the entire memory stick I had (that came with my PSP).

Still have a PSP and a very large collection. Around 100 UMDs, all Japanese games with boxes and instructions (and most of which I paid less than 3 dollars for). It's one of my favorite systems. I have digital copies of some of the more expensive PSP games that got both physical and digital releases, but sadly many of the most expensive ones I don't have never got a physical release.

Best handheld system until the Switch, hands down.

I had a GBA and a DS, and I loved them both. The PSP, in all senses, is better.

I'm still missing quite a few titles on the list, I'll try to add it over the weekends. Easily one of my favourite console of all time; My dad bought it for me around 2006/2007 and it lasted me until mid to late-ish 2013.
