Obviously he means to the rich like last time that's music to rich people's ears and unless Biden promises an even bigger tax cut and maybe a licence to kill and hunt their fellow humans as sport I don't see those electoral votes choosing him.

Tax cuts don't mean anything, because he's not going to cut any spending. Notice on his twitter he never talks about the federal budget, deficit, or the debt. If Trump gets reelected again (which he won't), most likely the budget will be $5 trillion dollars, and we are going to experience inflation like we have never seen before.

tax cuts must be done with cutting spending. you lose money when more money isn't going into the treasury through taxes.

plus our deficit is ballooning hard.

Trump didn't cut any spending though. The federal budget is $4.4 trillion dollars, government under Trump is larger than it was under Obama, and what is the result? We are seeing a lot more inflation.
