the only way this could happen is if it's a direct sequel/part 2 of a persona game. so not persona 6, but persona 5: EP or something.

-a story so crazy it's the perfect juxtaposition of fantasy and reality

-we can do away with random encounters, let's take what we've learned works from the sequels and improve it further

-of course there will be a Velvet Room

-I rather liked Personae evolving over time, we can do more with this system. Collect tarot cards by befriending demons and whatnot and use them to upgrade a Persona in different ways or into a new, better Persona, that can branch off into something else later. Adds replay value and customizability without feeling grindy or samey. Hero can choose between all arcana and keep the Wildcard trait to store up to 3 Persona at once to switch around in and out of battle.

Art and music have never failed to impress me so keep at it.

A minor thing, but I really liked the little mentions in 1 and 2 that other supernatural things are going on and have been going on for a long time unrelated to your struggle (Tamaki from If... and the Kuzunoha detective agency for example). The world isnt just about you.

Yeah, the first two Persona games were more connected to the greater Megaten series. Starting with P3, it went off into its own thing.
