If you're using something like a Fire Stick you might have to go to the app list in the device settings and clear the cache (or possibly even reset the whole app).

Also *really* dumb suggestion but maybe try restarting your router if you haven't done that in a while. Which sounds stupid, but it fixed a problem I had with one specific game recently.

Using a PS3. I rebooted the router but still the same issue.
