27 y/o Timothy Kepke and 22 y/o Noah Osborne, the Florida Trailer Trash Hillbillies were arrested for capturing an alligator from the side of the road and holding it down while pouring BEER down its throat while trying to get it drunk and attempting to get it to BITE THEM!!

Kepke claimed Osborne grabbed the alligator with his bare hands after spotting it on the sideof the road and Kepke was bitten on his right arm and that's when he grabbed the alligator and poured beer down its throat

Both were chargedon October 3rd after police became awareof a video they made as it hasn't been released to the public and isn't clear if it was circulated

They have been both charged with unlawfully taking an alligator

Authorities obtained footage on Sept. 17 and confronted Kepke about it where he confessed it happened but said the alligator was "fine".

Do you think this is animal cruelty?

Alligators are total dicks, so all's fair, especially in a test of darwinism.

I say this as gators are in fact my favorite animal.

Not all poison is illegal. If you're implying alcohol isn't poison then you clearly don't know what poison is. It's even more poisonous to animals.
