No, unless if you REALLY want to read Stephen King for kids, with bad jokes thrown everywhere.

They're kinda fun, but they're kinda written-down for younger audiences. In most cases, you might be better off watching the show (although it doesn't do justice to all of the stories).

I use to collect them as a kid. My best friend gave me like all the ones he had. Which is funny because I think it was kind of because of him that I started reading them...

My 5th grade class got banned from checking out Animorphs and Goosebumps from the school library because we kept keeping them late.

It's okay, I have no idea who I am either.

I vaguely remember reading a few as a kid and being scared the shit out of by them. Then again I was probably like 5 or something since I was reading way above my grade level all my life.

Nope, you would have enjoyed them when you were younger but you would find little interest in them now. Some of the TV episodes were entertaining though.

Goosebumps came out after I graduated from high school, so I've never read them either.

I did read an R. L. Stine book when I was a kid, it was called Blips: The First Book of Videogame Funnies, from 1983. I still have a copy somewhere.

FbumDIl

It had sections on how to disassemble & clean your video game system (when you finished, it sadly informed you that there wasn't room to print instructions on how to put it back together),

uQAmxHc

"Video Games That Didn't Go Over"

qQBy61D

and "the first video game in a book" (with instructions to push the buttons really hard).

It's worth a shot. You can knock out a book in like an hour and a half
