Why do game companies think anyone wants to play fat ugly chicks? Like, I'm not sitting here saying every female character needs to be beautiful, but you're already hitting a pretty small niche on very fat, very ugly male characters like Roadhog, mostly for trolling or "teh lolz". There aren't many people who are positively associating with these characters. That appeal drops even harder once you make it a very fat, very ugly "biker SJW tumblerina...?". Who is this character's target audience? Who is it suppose to appeal to, not represent?
