Been on a kick so Im just gonna chronicle my progress.

Chojin Sentai Jetman -5/51

I was curious about this one since a lot of people talk about it as THE Sentai. And so far its great. Its heavily serialized, with each episode following after the next, lots of interesting characterization and drama bits. If it werent for the spandex tights you wouldnt even know its supposed to be for kids. Gai is a cool guy. Kinda feel bad for him even though hes a dick waffle.

Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger - 10/50

Its fun to watch just because I grew up with the original Power Rangers, but so far its about as good as the original Power Rangers, which is to say, not very. >_> Theres some very loose story and lore progression but so far its just episodic silliness that is rarely more mature than the show it was adapted into. Havent gotten to the Green Ranger stuff yet, hoping it picks up by then.

Gosei Sentai Dairanger - 13/50

So far its as episodic as Zyuranger, but it makes up for its silliness by being badass. Its all Chinese martial arts themed, with stuff like Drunken Fist fighting, chi fireballs and weird ass mentors. Every episode is basically a mini Kung fu movie, its great.

Legend Heroes -20/51

This isnt Super Sentai but Im still counting it because its awesome. A Korean tokusatsu about people participating in some giant Romance if the Theee Kingdoms-themed tournament where the winner gets their wish granted and the loser literally has their hopes and dreams shattered. Its goofy and silly and kiddie but incredibly addicting. Also the main heroes sister/childhood friend is hot >_>
