He hadn't been drinking according to the case, but you have to be a special kind of stupid to pull that shit off. I am curious about his probation though. There are plenty of cases of gun negligence that result in pretty much nothing happening to the person that shot someone on accident. It's treated similar to a traffic accident. Is that right?
