I just recently realized that The Jetsons predicted vape pens. I remember when people made a joke of everything having an antenna including the cigarettes but it looks like they were right after all.

Flintstones had the better jokes, but as a kid the visuals of the Jetsons were way more appealing to me, even as a Dinosaur lover.

It's a tough choice, they're both really good.

Flintstones had animals in appliances. Like a mastadon with its trunk sticking through the sink to spray dishes or a little dragon in the toaster. Flintstones easily.

When I was kid I liked the Jetsons because of Judy and Leroy(I know that is not is real name). I liked their adventures more then the older people in both shows.

Flintstones by FAR. Some of the jokes and storylines in those early seasons were hilarious. They felt really prime time sitcom-ey, until the later seasons where it got really dumbed down and kiddy. Off the top of my head, some of my favorite eps/moments:

- The episode where all the dads lie to their wives about taking their babies for a walk, when really they cram all the strollers into a big parking lot and go play poker.
- In one of the first episodes where Fred and Barney build a pool, Fred gives Barney a 'Do It Yourself Pool Kit'. Inside there's nothing but a shovel.
- The episode where Fred keeps thinking Wilma is trying to kill him to collect the life insurance.
- The episode where Fred gets a job as a school bus driver, and then goes to a bar where all the other bus drivers are. All of them are high strung and mentally crazy because of dealing with kids, including one who walks all over the ceiling lol
- The episode where Fred and Barney try to sneak a piano into the house to surprise Wilma for their anniversary. Barney gets his hand caught and beforr he can cry out in pain, Fred grabs him and stuffs his head into a mailbox so Barney can yell out in pain and not wake anybody up.
- The episode where Fred and Barney imitate their wives on a cooking contest because they're sick with the measels
- The episode where they win a houseboat on a gameshow. Fred wants to name it The Nautical Mile and Barney wants to name it Queen Of The Sea. They cant come to an agreement until they decide to take the first three letters of Fred's and the last three letters of Barney's and call it that. Betty responds - 'That spells Nausea. And its a sickening name.'

I might add some more as i remember them. But the Jetsons had none of that kind of humor. Plus one of the charms of the Flintstones was all the 'technology' used in creative ways with animals and other things. In the Jetsons its no fun where everything is just pushing a button.
