No. Nintendo has had multiple good opportunities to port it over and never has. I've heard they even contacted the fan translators of Mother 3 and didn't shut them down.

I don't remember, I read it some time ago. I just remember reading that it's unusual for a company to contact a fan project and not shut it down.

Nintendo did not contact the Mother 3 translation team in any official capacity, it's just that people who work at Nintendo have personally had contact with them as individuals and said they appreciated their work.

I do think it will happen some day.
