they always talk about Senate Democrats that they have to worry about their upcoming elections and not angering their voters in Trump win states or else it'll come back to bite them...such as Claire McCaskill, Joe Manchin and Joe Donnelly.

But they never talk about Republican Senators in blue states having to worry about offending their voters with how they vote such as Cory Gardner or Susan Collins.

so why is it democrats in red states always have to worry about political backlash as opposed to republicans in blue states?
