Board 8 > For my fellow apartment people, does it seem like most reviews are bad to you?

We are looking to move closer to both of our jobs in Aurora, CO and the surrounding area.

It seems like every Apartment Complex has more negative reviews across all review sites.

I know that people are more likely to go out of their way to say something negative, but this seems to go to another extreme with apartments.

Have any of you had a similar experience?

It does seem that way. I think it's because some people complain about minor stuff and then blow it out of proportion despite everything else being fine. People are very entitled.

People only write reviews when something bad happens, so yes, that is what I've seen.

It's typically the case, yeah. It's better to go visit the apartments and see for yourself. Also, usually the newer the apartments the better. My girlfriend and I save a ton of money just on electricity because our place has amazing insulation. Being new makes a huge difference!
