I knew 3 or 4 people that died before I was 10

I say 3 or 4 cause one I am not sure if it counts. a great grandfather that died when I was like 3 or 4. I met him. but I don't really remember it

that guy's wife though, my great grandmother, I remember. and also my brother had a friend die of a really catastrophic asthma attack. and my friend had a little brother die as a baby cause of an enlarged heart.

My grandfather passed when I was 8. I've had some aunts pass before him, but at that point I already understood death and his hit us hard. I still wish I was able to talk to him sometimes. I'd like to wonder what he thinks of me.

I feel like I still haven't at 29. Or Im just really closed off. My grandma died earlier this year and I didn't feel much. Even when I seen her laying in the bed, already looking gone and about to go. I think that was mostly cause I accepted that it's how life is and when you make it to your 80s you kind of won already. She raised my mom that went on to raise a bunch of good willed kids. She did a good job at life.

Now if someone young in my family dies Ill probably lose it and need to be around people 24/7 for a while to not go crazy

If you're really not fucking with people, Im sorry how I treated you in the other topic. It shouldn't of been that important to me to state my opinions.

A couple grandparents, yes. No immediate household family thankfully.

Stepfather left early, never knew real father. Mother died at 52 of alcohol poisoning. I was so used to her falling out drunk and being angry about it that I didn't check on her the last time.

If you love someone, don't let them forget it.

No. I had a couple relatives die when I was a kid, but they were not people I knew well enough for it to have much of an effect on my life. A kid I used to hang around with died when I was in grade seven or eight, but he had moved away years before, so it didn't have much impact. The first truly meaningful death in my life was my grandfather when I was in grade nine.

You're only human man. Can't blame yourself for not being perfect. Everyone has a breaking point when someone forces them into an unhealthy cycle.

I'm 46 and most of my family is dead.

All that's left growing up is two sisters and three aunts as far as immediate family goes.

Also seen three people die from various reasons and seen two people literally murdered.

Dealt with death and murder my whole life.

My mom passed when I was 15. She had MS and was sick most of my childhood. She was 33.

My great great grandmother passed when I was 8 though I barely knew her. Not sure how old she was. Late 80s probably.

I've lost other relatives but most have been since adulthood. My grandmother passed when I was 21, my great grandmother passed away when I was 24. My great grandfather passed away about 2 years ago when I was 28.

I only have about 8 or 9 blood relatives still alive. Not counting my father's side because I never met him.

I was around 6 or 7 when my paternal grandfather died. I was very sad about that. He was easily my favorite grandparent.
