need better economical ideas for losing weight

right now im doing beans - sometimes packaged sometimes dry and cook beans

i was doing Huel for a while but its actually bit pricey per meal and still has gluten which im trying to avoid.

i don't want any heavy cooking meals. no cheap ass noodle soups either as its not healthy.

i got lots of beans going but i do want some diversity for nutrition sake. i don't care for taste i just want nutritious fuel for my body is my mindset.

Any vegetable or fruit, if you grow it yourself.

Some are easier to grow than others, of course. Spinach is a really easy and really healthy one.

Beans, definitely beans. You ever hear the phrase "full of beans". That's how you want to be every day.

Hand selected produce and you can get frozen vegetable meal packs for fairly cheap.

It sounds kiddy but instead of ramen noodles you could get those little macaroni cheese cups. Way less sodium. There are some other options like that like the microwaveable Campbells soup cans. Ultimately if you want to be really healthy youll need to spend a little more or be willing to actually cook.

different diet.

fruit diet - require you to eat bananas if you feel hungry. eat more bananas until you dont feel that hungry. eat an apple with its skin per day, and drink orange juice tropicana. take bisacodyl for better bowl movement. buy them from rite aid as they have the better brand. take 6 tablets every 12 hours, if after 24 hours still no bowl movements, then dont take anymore. this medicine helps lose stomach fat, and many other body fat.

normal diet - eat quaker oats for breakfast, lunch and dinner. some vegetables and eat salads. take bisacodyl as the above instruction, too.

Celery, cabbage, spinach, cucumbers. All taste pretty good, cheap, very little calories, minimal prep needed.

Use a pressure cooker for the cabbage.

I actually just purchased a big tub of faje(pretty sure it's with a g instead of j but the censor wont let me post the real name, it's just yogurt mods) 2% fat yogurt with no flavoring and granola/sweet oats as a sweetener, overall it tastes pretty bland but I know it's a nutrient and calorie dense food that satiates you pretty good.

Another simple meal is rice with cheese, good source of carbs and protein. Canned sweet corn and low sodium black beans are a decent mix too.

Overall, you can eat a lot of things as long as you watch your salt, sugar and transfat(I think it's this one) intake, as well as your overall caloric intake. The nutritional labels for the most part are a good general outline for most people, but unless your job is physically demanding you should also be getting in some regular exercise daily.
