Why do I suspect TC actually means that - at least in his experience - it's impossible to try to get a job?

i think the solution to help you out is bringing in people who will leverage you out........you know, guys that will worker harder then you do for less then you do with no breaks or standards..they won't have a problem with it because its leaps and bounds from where they came from.....hope you can keep up! goodluck!
