I think there's a bit more verticality to the climbing as well -- could've sworn in the prologue, Lara was climbing almost on a flat x-axis, right under an outcropping. Only a little ways in, but those are the things that stand out. I don't even remember the one from the 2013 game and the one from Rise introduced a completely new mechanic at the end and the boss would OHKO if you screwed it up lol.
