It seemed like he did a while ago. For like the first few months I worked there. But it seems like he stopped. I think he only acted like he cared because of the 3 other people I worked with, he wanted to fire 2 of them. And one of them had a habit of coming in late. But after he fire him for a different reason, he seemed to not care if I was late of not.

Or it could be because we(the servicers) work everyday except Sunday(only because we're close), so he doesn't care if we're late. When we started working everyday, we also started coming in an hour and a half earlier. And about a month or so ago, he said we could take extra time at lunch. But he might have also meant before work or whatever. It's hard to do all your errands in the morning sometimes...

I get to work ten minutes late most days, take 20-25 minutes for my 15-minute break and 35-45 minutes for my 30-minute lunch.

I do all the stuff for buses and paratransit vans like clean the inside, take it through the wash, fuel them up, check the fluids, etc...

I actually do the similar things for my breaks. My 15 minute breaks are long. My 30 min lunch in rarely shorter than 45 minutes.

At my job before this, I was late everyday because of something I had to do, per my job. My co-workers on the shift before tried to get me into trouble, but most of the time, it was only one person there, anyway. Not to mention, work said I had to do it...

He may not also care about me being late or our long lunches and breaks because they take like a 15 minute break every hour. The higher ups, I mean. That could also be a reason. But we get all out work done in time, so I guess it really doesn't matter...
