I don't blame you, it feels like a solid game but certain elements of it feel like they're from casual mobile games (at least the interface has that sort of vibe at times). Also can't get the mechanics down for some things.

I think I'm getting it more, just finished the fifth Hospital. I am confused at how patients just go between special diagnostics rooms without getting treated but I think that has to do with the fact that everything seems to be shared between hospitals so there are probably illnesses I can't even diagnose yet.

Also I don't know how trait specialization works, like does Diagnostics help a Psychiatrist :\

They have some fun illnesses here but a lot of them are kinda transparent (like the ones you get for the broken bones ward).

Also watching them remove a person's lightbulb head and then install a new one is really unnerving >_>.

Maybe the only thing that actually does bug me about the game is the fact that after a while it starts skipping when you're building rooms. Which is really annoying since the game itself isn't skipping.

Have to get 90% cure rate -_- Had it at 100% but I hadn't upgraded enough machines. fml.
Also there's annoying ass bug in one of the rooms where the patients just get stuck and you can't do anything about it unless you edit the room but that kicks everyone else out and then people die.

Holy cow I didn't think I would be able to pull that off, my cure rate dipped as low as 40% at one point, people were dying and leaving and crap and I started losing massive amounts of money. Had to make a lot of lay offs and basically completely redo my hospital but I made a recovery. That was awesome.

Wow I just got to a level where your only source of funding is the city's budget. I'm so anxious to start this -_-.

Somehow I'm doing better on this level where you only get money sporadically by unblocking toilets and doing research >_> I have almost 1 million in savings. My reputation isn't the greatest but I'm getting it there slowly and surely.
