Hopelessness, worthlessness, inadequacy, feeling like youll never succeed, never achieve anything, and that you dont deserve the few good things you already have. But its got to start with you. Decide that you want to be better and charge forward. If one thing doesnt work, try something else. Dont fear failure, embrace it. Learn from it. Things wont change overnight but Im telling you, they will. And in one year, then two, then three, youll realize how far youve come.
