I'm not sure I like how cautious I've become to get to the final boss consistently but ++ weapons are awesome. Sometimes with a lot of flask remaining because of a bad combo of hits that push me into the spikes. If you're talking about the locked doors then no you'll just have to find the keys. It's fun. I still don't know how to do half of it (like the big doors at the start of every level that was answered above) I've managed to beat the first boss and that's about it so far.
