Because Vita was only really successful in Japan.

After mostly releasing crappy ports of console games (like CoD: Black Ops Declassified and Borderlands 2) for the first year of the system's life, non-Japanese developers just decided to give up on the Vita. So Japan took over and kept the Vita alive with endless waves of beautifully weird weeb games. BlueBoy675 posted...
