There should be a page that says "PLEASE REVIEW AND CONFIRM YOUR ORDER" at the top. There's a space for the code on the bottom left.

I can't claim it. Tried to make an account, says "Already taken". Try to login, nothing works and it says "Try logging in with Steam or Facebook". Try to login using Steam/FB, it tells me to put in an email, I do, it says "Already Taken".

Resetting password just says "Try logging in with Steam or Facebook". Every email I've tried says "Already Taken".

I literally just logged in with it.
