Good luck with this. Even if you don't hit the target, you'll have a lot more energy and be much healthier. Not just because of losing the weight, but also because of the work put into that.

Ah, good. Biggest I ever got was a bit over 180 and water helped me lose the excess weight. Keep it up and hit that goal.
