REMercsChamp 12/28/17 6:55:49 PM #1:	A common practice these days when outsourcing is to use India. What happens is, a company will let people know they're being laid off as a cost cutting measure. They will then need to train their Indian replacement in order to get severance. They also cut the severance package down from 6 months of pay to 1 month of pay before they laid her off.
