billcom6 12/26/17 8:55:02 PM #1:	It is basically a pressure cooker/slow cooker. There seem to be a lot of people online obsessed with them. Anarchy_Juiblex 12/27/17 2:50:48 PM #8:	I have a dedicated pressure cooker (works on a higher pressure which I needed for canning) and a rice/slow cooker. I use both routinely tho. That's a good gift. So far I've made pressure-steamed artichokes (with herbs infusing the steaming water), pork chile verde and mushroom risotto. The prep tends to take longer than the cooking.
