It was written by the guy who played Marc in "The Room", it goes into great (and hilarious) details behind the making of the movie. His accent according to him is a mix between Polish, Parisian French and Louisiana swamp. What? Yet he refuses to go into much more detail than that about where he came from or anything. He's also rich as hell for seemingly no reason. That's pretty much it. Tommy Wiseau is a dangerously insane man who made a movie so bad that it's funny and some stoners found it and pimped it out to a bunch of other stoners who like to watch bad movies at 2 am.
