I can tell you what you think is wrong with the phrase, since I understand your position. But I disagree with the make-pretend nuance about statelessness because all reasonable people will acknowledge that a really socialist country that calls itself a communist country is for all intents and purposes a communist country.

And as far as there not being room for a discussion...that wasn't the tune you were singing when you were trying to defend how communism would work. One of our previous discussions was about how people would be motivated to work and how goods and services would be circulated properly throughout the global economy. The entire conversation was had with the assumption that there was no government in place.

You had no coherent defense or explanation for any of the issues I presented in that discussion. So no, we definitely came to agreements on the definition when we were discussing a hypothetical world that was a communist world.

Um, the incentive to produce goods and services is that people need goods and services. They still have use-value even though you can't profit from them.

And like I said before, without profit production will cease once people realize that producing more than the bare minimum is not necessary.
