He attacked 19 y/o Solomon Shewitt on September 15 in Collegetown because of his race that left him bloodied and dizzy according to DA Matthew Van Houten. John also knocked a girl's phone out of her hand and STOMPED IT after she recorded him calling another student a sand n-word. He is charged with 3 misdemeanors for his actions including attempted assault in the 3rd degree as a hate crime. John and several other white men repeatedly punched Solomon and yelled out racial slurs. Matthew said they yelled out "Fuck you, n-word over and over as they were leaving" John's lawyer denies there was any physical altercation but the video obtained by police saw the footage of him yelling out the n-word and yelling "come fight us n-word" The female who took the video said that he called her ugly and knocked her phone from her hand and stomped her iphone 7. She said he cracked the screen and damaged the credit card that was attached to it. Do you think this jerk should go to Prison for this?
