TheGreatNoodles 11/07/17 7:11:09 PM #5:	I don't know (basically) anything about the person or the allegations, but I've seen a lot of headlines saying some show he was a part of (actor?) got canned because of it. Now, as I said I'm quite ignorant of who he is (and hence don't know how big his role in the show is) but I find it silly that a show gets cancelled because an actor (whether true or false) has allegations of sexual misconduct levied against him/her. If they wanted to make sure their show wasn't tied up with things, wouldn't it have been easier to simply replace his character with a different actor? Also, I've seen it plastered everywhere on the news yet haven't actually heard what's been alleged, so in that sense yeah it's been overblown in the sense that 'allegations have happened' seems to be the more newsworthy story than the actual allegations. Edit: To clarify, I mean the news are overblowing 'prominent actor accused of' without really going into detail or covering the actual allegations or potential victims.
