Board 8 > Which games have the "best" graphics nowadays?

Obviously that's subjective since I know a lot of us prefer more artsy graphics like Okami and Journey and such, but I've been playing MGSV lately and then switched over to Assassin's Creed and the difference in graphics was surprisingly a bit shocking. AC's open world looks beautiful, but once you get up close it starts getting a bit ugly, unlike MGSV which I now think possibly has the best graphics of any game? And it's got the gameplay to back it up.

So let's say we're just talking about "realistic" graphics I guess

Fox Engine better look great because Kojima died for it spent more than half the development cycle of the game on it

If you're looking for games that push up to the edge of graphical processing, on PC it's games like Witcher 3, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Assassin's Creed Unity and Origins, and Forza Horizon 3 among others, while on consoles it would be games like Uncharted 4/Lost Legacy, Horizon: Zero Dawn, Gran Turismo Sport, Forza 7/Horizon 3, and whatever boundary pushing games are getting Xbox One X patches.
