Genuine question.

Conservatives are outraged at how "liberal" Universities "have become" in recent years. For the sake of argument, let's humor them and pretend this is entirely accurate. Why hasn't a group like the Koch Brothers started funding Conservative leaning Universities all around the country to counter this?

If it's true that the more publicized progressive universities with associate with controversy (mizzou and evergreen) have lost significant enrollment numbers, then it is, in a way. By prospective students choosing to go to universities with less extreme progressive activism.

Though it could be said that it's be hard for the free market to influence universities when they get funding from the government.

sure, but there are private universities that receive zero government funding outside of research grants that they earn. unless i am woefully misinformed about how private universities work ....

the Koch brothers have been investing billions of dollars to create a conservative foundation to push their politics, but they don't create any institutions of higher learning to influence young people?

Higher education in America doesnt exist in a free market because the government backs student loans. The government enables 18 year olds to go into debt to get a degree in why white men and capitalism suck. Absent this backing, would the free market have an appetite to underwrite loans for useless degrees? Why would I lend you $200k to study why you should resent your future employer at Starbucks?

Those jobs are also dying. Either way there are much less opportunities for a no college degree career coming in the future.

It's hard to push against things that develop naturally. Most people in academia are left leaning, just like most people in stem are men. Creating a college just for conservatives isn't going to change that the same way that creating a tech college just for women won't change that disparity either.

Serious question, what would a conservative school do differently than just taking STEM/Business classes and attending church/sunday school/bible studies?

Talk about a fraud school. I would puke on a person if they told me they went there.

Funny note, Liberty "University" is where Trump had his "I want more Corinthians!" speech. Even those fucking know-nothings realised he was an idiot.
