i really, really liked this episode.
Frost getting his shit ruined by a superior version of himself was so spot on perfect. Gohan is a pretty stupid fighter and i'm kind of annoyed with the way he's been treated. like okay, it's fine to point out his inexperience but instant transmission has been a thing he's known since forever. getting completely wrecked by that yet Frieza easily overcoming it makes him look like shit.

but it's pretty amazing that Frost literally got trolled out of existence.
not a single person was saddened by this.

yeah Gohan having trouble with IT and Frieza handling it like nothing was frustrating. IT was a post-Namek move! I don't even think Goku used it against RoF Frieza, meanwhile Gohan's had experience with it since he was damn 6 years old.

anyhow, saw the Frost betrayal coming a mile away so eh, was kinda hoping for some Silver Frost but oh well now he's deleted

I'm with the general consensus here, hated how they treated gohan, loved how they treated frost.

What is gohan holding his arm in pain for? Who has he even fought so far? That one guy from universe 10, botamo...I guess the sniper guy? That's it? He's barely been through anything. Stop painting him like a wimp. Overall really disappointed in this showing after all the hype they gave us pre tourney.

I still can't get over the lack of power scaling in this series, I know it's so much easier if you just throw it out the window but if the spoilers I've seen for next episode are right I'm supposed to believe that Jiren is somehow more than 20x stronger than Goku SSB? (He's supposed to use SSBKK x20 and still get roflstomped) Like if SSG Goku was a 6 to beerus's 10, then SSB is probably a 7, how the hell is KKx10 itself not stronger than Beerus? Much less 20.Just bugs me is all, but I'm interested to see how this new form comes about. Not sure how I feel about it if it comes from anger, it's not like we've had any sort of build-up like we did when goku first turned SSJ, or gohan SSJ2, that sort of thing. We'll see.

Jiren so far is so incredibly the worst antagonist in the series. He's just a randomly insane strong alien that stands around doing nothing until it's time for a boss fight.

the newest super chapter is the preliminaries of the touranment of power and it's completely different.

Instead of an exhibition match between universes 7 and 8 and doing a mortal ranking, they're having all 12 gods of destruction fight eachother instead

it started with them going 11 on 1 against beerus because it was Goku's fault they were doing this and they all already had different personal grudges against Beerus from things he did in the past
