I call this the "AlisLandale East Meats West Leftover Ramen Fusion".

Ingredients:

1. Beef Chili
2. Sharp Cheddar
3. Instant Ramen
4. Gochujang (Korean pepper paste)

First thing you'll need to do is prepare some beef chili. We just used a pound of beef and a grocery store chili kit. De nada. Add the sharp cheddar and mix it in. (I'm using leftover chili.)

Next, prepare the instant ramen. Don't add the seasoning packet. After it's ready, drain all but a small amount of water. (The remainder will help mix the pepper paste.)

Third, add about a teaspoon of gochujang to the ramen. Less or more is fine depending on your heat tolerance. Mix evenly and well.

Now add the chili to the ramen and voila! Spicy Chili Ramen for lunch!

Nobody will be impressed, but it's surprisingly good! Fufufufufu.

I don't even know where you find gochujang outside of H-Mart, so if you can't get your hands on any, maybe sriracha or anything similar will do just as well.
