BalanceLost 08/22/17 3:14:27 AM #1:	The four parties which make up the traditional Right in my country are threatening the Government with launching a vote of no confidence against "some minister" if the Government go through with three new tax laws. But they don't plan to launch the vote against the Minister of Finance who is in charge of the laws since they don't want the Government to resign since they aren't willing to form a Government of their own right now and losing the MoF would probably make the Prime-minister resign. So they plan to launch the vote of no confidence against some less important minister. Using a VONC is something you are supposed to do if a minister has violated the Constitution or broken another law, not because you disagree with policy decisions.
