Had two cups this morning already and it's still there, right behind my eyeballs.

Habitually, I drink 16-24 oz a day. Guess my body has developed a physical dependency on caffeine. Think I'll cut back.

I gave up caffeine about a year ago-- i feel less groggy in general and my sleep schedule is excellent. The first week/month suck but after that you're good to go

I like the taste of coffee, though. And tea.

Mostly drink water, very rarely soda, and never alcohol. I feel like it should be okay to have some sort of vice by way of food, as long as I don't let it get out of hand. Don't like having that side effect/dependency, though. Shouldn't need to cut it out 100% but limit it to 8-16 oz a day (ideally 8).

I feel for you...I used to suffer that way too. I was highly dependent on coffee during my university days and my first 2 yrs of working.

But it does get better over time.

Try to wean yourself slowly though.

And tea.

That's my vice. I drink way too much. I'm British though so that's not a surprise.
