Despite early access woes, the game has been pretty great. The new areas are really cool. New classes are really fun.

And oh the FF fan service.

Stormblood was one of the two booths that were utterly swamped at E3 to the point where you weren't allowed to enter the line because the line immediately jumped up to a 7 hour wait time almost as soon as the showfloor opened.

The other one was Bethesda VR demos.

Were they offering an in-game item or something if you partake in that?

not AFAIK but there was some pretty cool physical swag if you played it. I don't remember seeing any codes being given out for anything digital in any game. I didn't get into the stormblood booth, but if they did it, they'd have been like the only ones doing it.

Yep. I saw tons of people walking around with Stormblood swag so they were giving away something just not digital goodies.
