I bet it's because the first time someone bit into a tomato, the sliminess and horrible flavor caused their body to commit suicide at a cellular level to escape from having to endure any more.

I hate when places put too much beef in their lasagna. Actually, I prefer Lasagna WITHOUT beef. I can deal with a little bit, but some places put like a pound of ground meat in once slice and it's disgusting.

I always steer clear of ordering Lasagna out in restaurants because they always have too much beef.
